Return Policy
Items may only be returned for exchange or credit with prior authorization and within 90 days of purchase. Only items that are in original packaging and saleable condition will be accepted for return. CD-ROMs and videos are never returnable. PHP is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Contact our Customer Service Department immediately to report incorrect titles, damaged or defective product.
