The Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program is a dynamic employee-training program designed to help companies reduce employee health-risk behaviors that impact productivity and profitability. Program Materials
The Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program consists of the LifeSkills Planner and corresponding LifeSkills Planner Facilitator Manual.
The LifeSkills Planner was designed specifically to help employees incorporate skills and techniques into their daily lives. Each participating employee receives this comprehensive guide, which contains not only the material used in the training, but also the resources to help them continue using the
program after the training has finished.
The LifeSkills Planner Facilitator Manual provides step by-step instructions on implementing the program, as well as open-ended questions and instructional guidelines that help the facilitator reinforce the focus of each activity throughout the program. |

Training services prepare trainers to confidently and faithfully implement the state-of-the-art prevention education activities and teaching strategies found
in the Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program. Our workshops play an important role in enhancing the confidence and skill capacity of participants, resulting in optimal implementation of the program.
Trainer of Trainer (TOT) Workshop The Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program Trainer-of-Trainer (TOT) workshop can be customized to address the needs of those who will deliver the program. The workshop is intended for sites that will
utilize their own internal staff to deliver the Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program to their employees.
Technical Assistance Technical assistance is offered in a timely, flexible, and user-friendly format, and is
tailored to the specific needs of individual providers or companies delivering the Botvin LifeSkills Training WorkPlace Program. Technical assistance and support are provided by our certified trainers and technical assistance support staff. These services range from e-mail and telephone assistance to on-site consultations and formal technical assistance workshops. |
